Reuben A. Neff
ATTORNEY AT LAW
ABOUT REUBEN
Reuben joins the firm with over a decade of litigation experience. At both the trial and appellate level, Reuben holds a long track record of success in arguing complex issues before juries, judges, and justices. He understands that effective representation comes from extensive preparation and confident presentation of his clients’ positions.
As the child of a parent who faced ethnic discrimination and family loss in civil wars, Reuben holds a deeply ingrained desire to pursue justice for others and right the wrongs he sees. Reuben seeks to be a strong advocate and understands that any client’s legal matters require justice to achieve peace of mind.
Prior to joining Wandro, Kanne, & Lalor, P.C., Reuben served as the elected Wapello County Attorney, argued death penalty cases before the Florida Supreme Court, and worked closely with multiple legislators in Iowa to enact laws for the benefit of the community.
Raised in Costa Rica and Nicaragua before choosing to settle in Iowa, Reuben's multicultural upbringing enriches his perspective and enhances his ability to serve clients from diverse backgrounds. When not serving clients, Reuben enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
